This has to do with how Apple handles your music once it is in the "cloud". When you are on your computer, iTunes Match streams your music, in real time, from the Apple cloud. This is not the case for Apple mobile devices. When you enable iTunes Match on your iPhone, iPad or iPod, all Matched songs are removed from your device during the update. However, they still appear as usual in the Music app. Because only Apple apps (like the Music app) have permission to fetch your music from the cloud, the Bongiovi DPS app and others can see the songs are available, but cannot access them. ![]()
